Online Mat Live-Stream Classes
2x/week – Wednesdays + Fridays – 9:30am
Wednesdays – Mat Pilates Flow
Fridays – Mat + Yoga
1x/week monthly fee – $80
2x/week monthly fee – $144
Tax not included. Monthly fee will depend on how many classes there are within a month.
Can’t make a class? You will receive that live-class recording.
Each week you will receive one “On-Demand” clean recording within your monthly package.
Online Apparatus Live-Stream Classes, Semi’s or Privates
If you own your own apparatus-based Pilates equipment, you can book into an appropriate level group apparatus-based class or set up your own private sessions. Pricing is listed under rates.
