We’re passionate about Pilates and our goal is to help you learn the importance of supportive posture, a neutral spine, and to build one’s proprioception as to where you may sit in space. Your physical build (hereditary) and lifestyle (you sit at a desk all day) will effect your posture.
A neutral spine allows one’s body weight to travel through the center of their joints, and when we are mis-aligned one can experience tension or pain. We will assess your spine, and build a program for you to stretch what is tight and strengthen what is weak to help re-align and build your core stabilizers that support you.
Some clients will require one on one private work and others with experience may want to join a group environment. Our initial assessment private allows us to determine your needs and book you in an appropriate group and or set up privates around your schedule.
